In normal circumstances Time2justice does not offer any refunds. To mitigate a situation where refund might be required, Time2Justice offers following options to customers:
Customers are requested to sign up for Time2Justice service only once they are sure about using the service. Time2Justice provides limited free usage to users to help them explore the services offered and quality of service delivered.
Customers also have the option to test out the paid services with our small duration plans like the daily plan. Customers are requested to sign up for long duration plan only once they are sure about their requirement. If they are not sure, they should sign up for shorter duration plans.
1. If for any reasons, which may include legal, technical, commercial or any other reason, if Time2Justice decides to discontinue the service permanently or suspend the service for reasonably long period of time, Time2Justice has the right to refund the money to subscribers in the proportion of time period left under the plan.
2. If for any reason, Time2Justice team finds any particular customer or group of customers difficult to serve, Time2Justice reserves the right to stop their subscription without any notice. In such situation, the customer would be refunded money for the remaining duration of the subscription period.
